Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

a very recently renovated studio in a very old and crooked building, typical from Montmartre. The flat is graced by a 65 sq foot balcony and a very sought after un-interrupted view of the Eiffel
tower, Les Invalides, Le Grand Palais, l’Arc de Triomphe (Champs Élysées), the towering "La Défense" business district, all the way to the Sacré Coeur and more. The flat does not have neighbours on
the same floor, nor the floor above, and is above streets with little traffic, making for a rather quiet environment compared to most flats in central Paris. The studio is facing west and is very
sunny at any given moment in the day. But the best hour is the early evening, when you are enjoying an apéritif or home-cooked dinner on the balcony and the sunsets are just out of this world!!! The
materials used for renovating our studios were hand-picked by us and our architect for their quality, durability and aesthetic value. There is an Italian kitchen, exotic wooden floors, an en-suite
bathroom, a Bose Hi-Fi and a Smart TV with over 100 internaional channels, video on-demand (pay per view), unlimited and free music on-demand, a water bed, a very fast internet connection, a vintage
La Pavoni Espresso machine, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, oven and many other features, mixing modern comfort with retro furniture and appliances. The neighbourhood is the young and vibrant part
of Montmartre, between Rue Lepic and Rue des Abbesses. Restaurants: In a 500 meter radius, you will find at least 30 outstanding eats. We can give you recommendations on our top ten! The Moulin Rouge
and several exciting venues for party animals are but a couple of minutes away from home. Picasso, Van Gogh, Éric Satie, Salvador Dali, Hemingway and many more were either roaming these streets
looking for inspiration, or living in this area which is still, and for many years, where you will find the biggest concentration of artists in the entire world. Bars: You can find everything you’d
ever want to find, from the very typical "Hotel Clermont" bar where Edith Piaf used to sing for her lover and friends, to the more contemporary, arty pubs where young designers and musicians like to
hang out. You will also find at least half a dozen art galleries, some fantastic walks in the small paved streets of Montmartre, many monuments and museums, cinemas, fitness clubs, organic and health
shops, music district and even the famous Pigalle red light district. Public transport: You are within a five minute walk from 3 underground stations (Abbesses, Blanche and Pigalle) and many bus
stations. The living room doubles up as a bedroom, with two very comfortable futon beds. The flat is ideal for couples (especially those who want a romantic and genuine Parisian love nest), or a
couple with one or two kids, or 4 good friends (remember this is a 30 sqm studio, so not a big place). Don’t rent this place if you object to creaky stairs as you’ll get LOTS of them. Do rent it if
you want to experience Paris like a Parisian, and have the real feel of one of the most artistic, vibrant and historical places in the world.
