Ce que vos invités vont adorer chez vous
Our house is located in really one of the most characteristic streets of our town (see photo: the house left which is much bigger than it looks (666 m3). We have a free citygarden (300 m2), bordering a canal. The house has a very well equiped kitchen, bathroom, speedinternet etc. Within walkingdistance you will have a big shoppingcentre, good transportfacilities etc. and not less important: the beautiful city of Leeuwarden (nearly 100.000 inhabitants), which is the capital of the provincie of Friesland in the north of the Netherlands. Within 10 minutes you are in the old heart of the city. Friesland is not only wellknown because of his cows (exported around the world) but also because of the many old, medieval towns, the lakes and the islands / beaches in the Waddensea (worldheritage). Although Leeuwarden has everything (theaters, museums, bars, more than 600 old monuments, parcs, sports as swimming pools, tennis, golf etc.), the town is located in a more quiet part of the country. Yet you are by car within 1,5 hour in the centre of Amsterdam. You can use freely our bicycles (town/region have a good bicycle-infrastructure)and -depending on certain conditions- our car. Not only the architecture of our street is characteristic but also the people (neighbours): it will be easy to ask them things or even to drink a glass of wine with them, only when you like ofcourse. Everyone speaks at least also English.
